Founded by Ohzono Tomio in February 1980 at 2-15, Minato-cho(湊町) as Sasebo mycom center, and moved after to 2-8, Matsuura-cho(松浦町). It was located at city of Sasebo(佐世保), at Nagasaki prefecture.
